@AshleyKang Not just KD/A (arguably the most popular but regardless) but you even have Pentakill, True Damage and Heartsteel - so much potential there they didn’t really build on other than three Pentakill albums but it’s been almost 5 years…
@titobobby0 @ManUntdTalk @UnitedStandMUFC PSR cares able net revenue though not gross unfortunately - if the owners actually injected money and cleared the debt United would be able to invest on the same level as the likes of the big 4 this window
@ManUntdTalk @UnitedStandMUFC Many other clubs aren't saddled with the same level of debt & have owners who inject £££ in rather than take it out as dividends
@st_james43473@Fishc90@UnitedStandMUFC@valentinfurlan_ Yeah so if you pay a bit more than the release clause amount you can spread it, but if you pay whatever the release clause is you have to pay it all up front - the comment I responded to was complaining about why we pay more than the release clause amounts
@Fishc90@UnitedStandMUFC@valentinfurlan_ It’s so we can spread the payments out - if you pay just the release clause it has to be upfront it’s one of the rare smart things being done
@LSXYZ9 Feel you there - I definitely read it as mainly about the bootcamp & closing a huge chapter, I did think it might have related to your lung issue a little bit (as in making some things more shitty rn) but your original post a few weeks ago made very clear it's not terminal
Hey everyone, making this post because I keep getting a lot of dm's/questions every time I go live for LTA these days about why I've been so inactive the last few months.
My incurable lung disease has relapsed.
Earlier this year around February I started getting a cough but nothing serious and otherwise felt okay just a bit low energy, thought it was just my usual bout with a lung thing. Then around mid March I got sick with Covid/Flu/Pneumonia at the same time.
After 2weeks of meds and only continuing to get worse I was sent from one hospital to another and then another. We ended up realizing that my disease had relapsed and I was in stage 3. ABPA has no cure and the only things one can do is try to treat it with anti-fungals and hope it eventually goes back into remission. However now after almost a month of continuously increasing medications/dosages things aren't looking great. A few days ago I was started on more medications as it seems it is progressing to stage 4, and we're hoping that this will help. Obviously the goal here is to prevent progression to stage 5, which is lung death.
I have a good few hours of energy each day, where I feel mostly totally fine, and then I get hit with episodes and asthma attacks have occurred.
While I still *feel* normal outside of the random episodes and malaise, new symptoms have started appearing. Last week pretty severe nocturnal hidrosis started, and I still get random fever/chills that the doctors aren't sure what is causing them. The coughing however has stopped, which is the only positive lol.
I'm also currently getting help from some doctors from the states who are helping communicate w/ the Korean doctors just to offer aid/advice.
I'm also aware people will say I'm *often* sick and I would say this isn't very true, rather I'm just overly transparent with how I'm feeling. I speak as though feelings of weakness/fatigue/exhaustion as being sick, but really there is no bacterial or viral infection present, perhaps this is just a habit I picked up from being in Korea so long, where '아파' can be used more generally.
This makes me sad as my health was probably the best it's ever been after I started my fitness stuff last year and taking all the vitamins/tracking macros/etc. My blood work/hormone tests were splendid in October and January.
Currently I'm still planning my NA trip in a few thanks and getting to do some things I'm excited to talk about soon. I'll be in America for about a month and it'll mostly all be filled up with content related stuff and other aforementioned things. I'm glad this is being made possible by FlyQuest / Riot and some others.
Best case scenario is the new medications/dosages help and symptoms start improving. Hopefully by time in NA maybe I'll feel much better. Obviously though the reality is that my health has been slowly declining for 2months in a row and so I'm not optimistic😅. I'm genuinely lucky to have some people around helping me out on the day to day like Nickich, Gryffinn and others. Stuff would've been way more difficult if they weren't here.
Hope you are all well, and as soon as I'm able to return to actually full-time doing stuff I will.
Sorry,
LS
@LSXYZ9 Thank you Nick for everything you’ve done for me - you saw something in me when I didn’t even myself and I will always appreciate it. Even though things look bleak atm, my wife & I are thinking of you and we really hope everything gets better you deserve the best
Love all of you over the years, even when my autistic retarded self would sometimes implode or respond negatively. I love games, it's been my whole life since age 2. All I ever cared about was games as an art expression. I'm so thankful for the so many experiences the last decade
Sad it's all over soon.
This was my final chapter on bootcampers. After 11 years of opening my home to players with aspirations to go pro, I'm finally ending the possibilities. I'm glad these two were the last, they were the best and most respectful people that ever lived with me (outside of Max) and I'll miss them both.
I don't have much time left, but I hope they have a lot of time left.
@LSXYZ9 Thanks Nick for everything you've done over the years - I know it genuinely impacted my own life & I believe your generiosity over the years will be appreciated. I do hope you take care - I know you have good people close but if you ever want to talk I'll always be here.
