• SIP-00009 recalibrates emissions and locked staking incentives for long-term sustainability.

• SIP-00010 reduces staking thresholds to expand community participation.

SIP-00010 is a very positive proposal that significantly lowers the barrier to entering staking. The previous minimum of 1024 IP was too high for smaller participants, and reducing it to 32 IP meaningfully improves accessibility and decentralization.
