@RailwaySeva for a brief amount of time which caused a lot of dilemma for all the passengers waiting for the train on the platform
I was traveling in japan and the train arrived 4 mins late, everyone received a personal apology from the station master
I would love such an ownership from irct

There were no announcements on the platform while we were waiting for the train, and no updates on the app as well
