It’s been one year since our panel on Social Justice and Modern Orthodoxy, and the discussions feel even more urgent now than ever before.

Over 300 people, including members of Young Israel, have signed our letter with @TorahTrumpsHate & @uriltzedek to @NCYIYoungIsrael asking them to stand with the Pittsburgh Jewish community & rescind their gratitude to President Trump. Sign here to join us: https://t.co/BOUsf9sMIl
The @NCYIYoungIsrael has thanked Trump for defending Jews against anti-semitism. Orthodox Jews say: NO. Trump has only stoked the anti-semitic flames that lead to the murder of 11 Jews in Pittsburgh. Sign @TorahTrumpsHate /@HitoreriMovemnt's letter here: https://t.co/gAiUTg1Qso
We will be back for #MoralMincha tonight in front of the OU Headquarters with a refreshed set of calls to action for them. We ask that they support&protect immigrants and asylum seekers in the spirit of our Torah and our history. Sign our open letter here: https://t.co/lhrQdu63W1
We were back at the OU tonight for our #MoralMincha demanding that they do more to fight this administration’s inhumane immgration policies, and participate in the mitzvah of loving and protecting the stranger. Join us next week. https://t.co/ucl6rGNtRF
It's not just #MoralMondays, it's Moral Monday Mincha: Orthodox Jews start prayer protest outside OU office in New York over its support of Trump immigration policies: https://t.co/bMljBmYP8w
Words aren’t enough. How will the Orthodox Union utilize their power and their network to make sure this inhumane policy is ended? Join us next week on Monday evening as we pray and continue to demand that our communal leaders live our Torah values.
Tonight we organized about 40 people to daven mincha in front of the Orthodox Union to thank them for signing a letter demanding that this administration #EndFamilySeparation, & ask them now to take action on the issue. This is what Tzedek, Tzedek Tirdof really looks like.
The Orthodox community is not homogenous - and the OU cannot claim to represent us if they refuse protect the stranger, if they refuse the dignity of the LGBT members of our community, and if they disrespect women’s leadership, etc.
We will not be silent anymore.
Shavua tov! Though the OU may have signed the letter condemning the family separation policy (after our communal pressure!), they need to hear from us that publicly appearing to endorse Sessions & his policies was completely unacceptable. Join us Monday: https://t.co/neqNKDbGgz
Inspired by #MoralMondays, @HitoreriMovemnt & @TorahTrumpsHate are gathering to express our frustration not only over the recent actions taken by the OU in regards to honoring Sessions, but their continued disconnection from a large part of our community: https://t.co/511a69Mjym
