I urge everyone to visit a Government medical college OPD and wards atleast ONCE in their life.
The amount of gratefulness and seriousness towards your own health that you’ll start experiencing is unreal.
Eat clean and exercise before it’s you who’s on the ward beds.

Doctors can use Ai as a tool to aid a quicker diagnosis or relief for patient but cannot be a complete replacement.
Half knowledge is much more dangerous than no knowledge.
“Why do you as Doctors use Ai when you tell your patients not to ?”
Forget medicine , just search benefits of turmeric in our body.
It’ll show a list. Everything true. Does that mean you’ll get the benefits when you consume JUST turmeric?
In comes concept of “bioavailability” (1)
Things like “fluoride is dangerous to health” is shown on Ai. Does that mean toothpastes which have fluoride are harmful ?
No.
Toothpastes have a limited concentration of fluoride which is actually beneficial.
Hence to search on Ai , you need to have SOME kind of knowledge. (3)
