@GrinChangers I have sent over 20 emails and called many times without any resolution. I have never received the original plan to this date for which I have paid for but you still steal money from me every month. This company is fraudulent and menacing.

@GrinChangers Private message for what exactly? You can start by appropriately addressing my emails that go months on end without a response. Your company can start by either giving me my money back or actually providing the service I paid for. My Support Ticket #07598969.

@GrinChangers I have been waiting 6 months now for my third “touch up” aligners. Even though I have never received my original treatment plan to date. Your company has messed up my bite causing cuts on my tongue and my teeth are more misaligned than ever before.

How much water do y'all drink daily? I know I've been dehydrated & Mercury Retrograde started yesterday, so I made a concerted effort and got 3 quarts in. It was a struggle. I've heard half your body weight, in ounces. Y'all doing that or nah?
