Consciousness versus ‘the canvas of life’

Et si les équipes que nous étudions, les organisations que nous construisons et les leaders que nous développons n'étaient pas seulement des systèmes mécaniques - mais des systèmes quantiques vivants❓

Mais ils en ont besoin dans les histoires. Dans les récits. Dans les voyages, ils peuvent marcher à côté.

D'où Einstein.

Pas l'Einstein des manuels et des équations, mais l'Einstein derrière les mots célèbres :

"On peut vivre comme si rien n'était un miracle, ou on peut vivre comme si tout était un miracle."

Et si Einstein - frustré, isolé, sa théorie unifiée du champ n'allait nulle part - avait fait ce que peu de grands scientifiques osent faire ? Et s'il avait quitté la prison de la raison pure et était parti à la recherche du miraculeux ?

Cada libro tiene una historia. Este tiene muchos.

It all began over 20 years ago at the Chair of Marketing at the University of Mannheim, where, during my PhD and my five years as a management trainer on Pfizer’s Advanced Management Programme, I found myself grappling with a question that would not let me go:

What if the teams we study, the organisations we build, and the leaders we develop were not merely mechanical systems – but living quantum systems❓

This question led me down a rabbit hole that traditional academia was not quite ready for. I began exploring the intersection of quantum physics, consciousness studies, and leadership development.
