If you can afford it, buy multiple deoderants and keep them everywhere. In every bag, at work, at school, etc...
For me that's the biggest one I forget and it has the biggest impact on how self-concious I feel during the day.

@dustychipura I discovered similar tricks, like saying "I don't need to think about this right now, I can think about it later." "Brain games" are the most effective tool for me. ie; going through the alphabet and naming an animal, bird, or so on for each letter, reviewing dance steps, etc...
for a long time I didn't know what it was, but I knew something felt bad about going to sleep (so avoided it) until I started doing more work on this. I eventually figured out the feeling was actually scared and thus, anxiety.
Our brains are constantly looking for the best source of stimulation in the room. It's why we sometimes have trouble focusing. The most interesting thing is what gets our attention. *YOU* may want to sleep but YOUR BRAIN THINKS SLEEP IS BORING AND IT IS SCARED OF IT
It isn't that folks can't imagine a wheelchair in #ttrpg, it's that they can't imagine disabled folks as being capable. They don't want to see us that way and my homebrew forces them to.
