@LongLiveLeech @ms_mpofux @SivvG_ you not hearing my point, banks do allow you to come to payment terms with them basically you pay the 70k and say you want to finance the 60k they will allow it but not always so it’s on a case to case basis.

@ms_mpofux @SivvG_ best option would be to sell it off and come to a payment agreement with your bank , if you surrender you lose all control on how much the car is sold for etc but if you sell it and use that money to settle the loan your bank can give you option to repay the shortfall.
