Manipur’s Kuki-Zo groups have condemned the gallantry award given to a CRPF officer, alleging his role in the ‘extrajudicial killing’ of 10 ‘village volunteers’ in Jiribam in November 2024. Autopsy findings had reportedly challenged the official account. (Link in a comment)
