it is pronounced as
بِ - جا- ای-کِ-سی-مُرغ-را-خا-نِ-بود
بِ-دان-خا-نِ-این-خُرد-بی-گا-ن ِ-بود
The final -a comes as a vowel on a consonant which is not heavy. It CAN be read as heavy, though.
