Your customer service is a complete disgrace in all ramifications, calls and emails alike. I waited 5 minutes on hold, an agent finally picked, then immediately dropped the call. Dialed back wasting my hard-earned airtime because your line isn't even toll-free, waited another 5 minutes, second agent picks... and goes completely mute. Dead air

Zero professionalism! Worse still: I submitted a business name registration on 16th April. Something that’s supposed to be approved within an hour has been sitting for weeks with no approval, no query, no feedback whatsoever.

All my email escalations? Total silence with auto response.

How did we get here, @cacnigeria1 ????

This level of inefficiency and poor service is killing small businesses and frustrating Nigerians who just want to comply with the law. @FCCPCNigeria
please look into this! Citizens deserve better from a government agency. This is pure consumer rights abuse.
