The ousted Kachin State Cabinet members were sentenced unjustly with heavy prison terms by the SAC (coup). Including Dr Hkyet Aung, the former Kachin State Chief Minister who received the highest jail term (12 yrs), in Myitkyina Prison today, April 22, for corruption.
