There has been some confusion about whether or not affordable housing will be included in the redevelopment of the Route 40 Brown’s Motel property and whether or not a fee-in-lieu will be paid. As this is a new, age-restricted property, statute (1/4)
Community Development Board recommended approval of the developer’s request that will result in integration of 3 low-income housing units (LIHUs) into the 89-unit age-restricted rental development. While the Coalition is disappointed to lose 6 affordable units, we are (3/4)
