@discord_support @discord_support account in question - he does have the recovery phone number for it. The recovery email address for the account was changed and he has no way to mobile recover the account.

@discord_support one of my really good buddies who has been a member of discord for a very long time now had the unfortunate event of his account getting taken over. The hacker converted his account to a family account. He opened a ticket and said nothing could be done?

@discord_support @discord_support he does still have the phone number that was primary to the account as recovery until it was taken over as well.

Massive pain trying to get a resolution to this GM response was to click lock. Clicked lock and it opened up shop to purchase a boost. Purchased boost - does not work.

Can you please look into the ban on Eyehat#11282 - he was running his alt through RFC has never utilized any hacking programs and got banned for utilizing hacking programs.

This sets a horrible precedent for people coming in and wanting to play this game.
