@ksooprint A kpop group that just debuted has already surpassed 1 million streams on Spotify, which is still the biggest streaming platform.

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

Even though YouTube has made streaming easier than before, what is up with these streaming numbers? Do they buy the album but not listen to the music? This album isn’t my taste, but only 50K streams in 24 hours is way, way too low.

#JxJ 1st Mini Album ‘DREAMSCAPE’ has surpassed 732,000 copies sold on Hanteo so far 🇰🇷

2 hotmems and they’re still lower than Dino’s solo streaming numbers. So they have good album sales thanks to the photocards, So don’t expect the company to invest in their concepts or music for their next cb, because this is the kind of result they’re getting, no potential.

@13dandlIons_17 If he’s that popular in China,he’ll become popular internationally too. Chinese artists usually don’t use inter platforms, but they still have huge inter fanbases. If Jun signed a solo contract with another Chinese company, he might even disappear from inter platforms altogether

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@jeonmeowme I haven’t seen Minghao’s fans blame Carots for being unfair to him or beg them to stream his music, even though he has released several solo MVs. Minghao’s music has still been performing really well on Chinese music charts.

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@Junhuibbygirl I have Weibo, so I’ve been following his activities for years, and yet you’re saying "he only just started getting solo opportunities"? And by my logic, what’s wrong with those 700k people who bought the album streaming for JxJ because they already want to support JxJ?

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@mochi72408283 And many Chinese actors hold concerts, and fans of their dramas go to see them too, so there’s really no difference here, still fans

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@mochi72408283 I’m wondering, are fans of a group required to support every single solo activity of every member? If I only support them when it’s SEVENTEEN, when the artist performing is SEVENTEEN, then who am I? Are all ENHYPEN fans fans of Evan too?

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@Junhuibbygirl I have Weibo, so please. And I’m wondering, are fans of a group required to support every single solo activity of every member? If I only support them when it’s SEVENTEEN, when the artist performing is SEVENTEEN, then who am I? Like are all ENHYPEN fans fans of Evan too?

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@ItzNotTaiyeaba Why you guys just assume that everyone who supports SEVENTEEN is a fan of all 13 members, rather than someone who stans one member but still supports the whole group?

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@oclbabysitter If the solo is bad, it’s the fault of a GROUP’s fandom. But if the solo is good, it’s the aura of a superstar, pure talent?

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@mochi72408283 He’s clearly focusing on China. Why does The8 have more fans than him when The8 doesn’t act in dramas and both of them do most of their solo activities in China? Yet you’re still blaming SVT socials and the lack of INSIDE SVT, while some pp dont have activities.

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

@LOVINGJUNHUI_ All the members have different levels of popularity and individual appeal. Jun has been doing solo activities for a long time and has had plenty of opportunities to reach non-fans, so by now, he should have built up a strong fanbase of his own.Ask them why they aren’t streaming.

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

All Jeonghan fans should read this: he could have chosen to go solo, but he didn't. But the story made me wonder if he has the potential to go solo, since solo artists typically participate in composing their own albums.

[우지냥이 @lunehoon]

#JEONGHAN and #JOSHUA talking about how it’s been decided that they’ll be in one unit! It could’ve been a Jeonghan solo or a 95z Unit but they chose JxJ!

Joshua said he’s the one who told Jeonghan that it’ll be fun if they do one together since they entered as trainees almost at the same and he relied to Jeonghan a lot during their trainee days 🥹 and Jeonghan said Joshua’s want on them doing a unit together suddenly went up and kept saying it’ll be fun if they do one together! But as for Jeonghan, he still doesn’t know what he’ll do along with the company since they talked about him doing a solo, doing a unit with Joshua, or even doing a unit with both Joshua and SCoups as three of them! So he just said to Shua that “Alright, let’s talk about it” but Joshua kept saying how it’ll be fun and such 😭 So Doyeon said it’s like a confession “I like you! I love you!”

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

And Jeonghan's fans keep saying he's sooo busy with unit preparations and asking why everything is so rushed—blah, blah, blah. If things are going to be like this, then just let Joshua release a solo album.

👤: this time while preparing for the album were there any quarrels?
😇: There was!
🦌: we had a quarrel?
😇: we had a serious conversation.. the one when we talked at my house. "i was sad about this", "i was sad about that". There was something like that. What Shua was upset about was [Shua said] 'we said to create this album together but why don't you come and work on music? Why did you ask me to do whatever i like? Why aren't you interested in it?' He was upset about this
🦌: i was thinking 'should we have the song this or that direction..?', 'this type of song would suit us well', and I worked on the songs and sent it
😇: but for me I feel that an album should be handled by the professionals. My ideas can go into it, we can have meetings but since I'm not an expert like them, won't it be better if they handled it?
👤: Other experts~
😇: so for the album i wanted to hand it to the experts but said "Shua-ya I'm perfectly fine if you want to add in your ideas, songs that you work on". But as time went on he felt as if I was not interested [in the album]
🦌: because I felt that if our ideas are put into the album it will feel more sincere.. at that time it felt like he was insincere. But after listening to his explanation after that, I understood that that was not what he meant

@madxfra90578 @emcarats He has never been a YSL ambassador; he only attended their show as a guest.

[Hoahiyya @HoaiThi830]

I'm talking about another idol.

So, they knew beforehand that the outcome would be like this, which is why they switched to another brand.
