@Bill_Mitchell10 @PierrePoilievre We’ve been between 1.26 and 1.40 in the last 5 years, and between 1.31 and 1.40 in the last 52 weeks. Currency has been anything but stagnant.
On what basis have you determined that 1.20 is the perfect exchange? Why?
If we are underperforming, why do you think that is?

But it’s far from the indicator of negativity that you are trying to infer from your single quote.
The economy is still overall performing well, and has been for much of its time under a Liberal govt.

@PierrePoilievre Wholesale inventories decreased 0.5% to $91.6 billion in October, the third consecutive monthly decline. These three declines came after 11 consecutive monthly increases in inventories. From September 2018 to October 2019 inventories rose 6.3%.
