Hello! I am a NASM Certified Fitness Trainer. I conduct Strength Training on Zoom for tech professionals. Imagine 2x a week = 104 classes per year 🚀 Let's go!
🎙️ The Hobby Explorer Podcast is always looking for inspiring guests! Whether you’re a creator or just have an interesting journey, hobby, career, or life experience to share, comment “guest” below and we’ll send you the form 🚀
Today, my channel went from 1 million to 1.1 million, an extra 0.1 but it’s big deal. As I took a long break from YouTube and came back this year. 🚀 This next chapter would not be the same as before. ✅ I used to make all the videos myself. Hand editing on Final Cut Pro. Thats not the case anymore. We are a team of Explorers who been watching the videos and wanted to work professionally with me. Every time I put up a hiring post. I’m honored to see the flood of applications. I feel it’s the love that I threw on to the world a while back, coming back to me now. Hope to serve my ❤️ Anbana subscribers, 💪 team members, 🎙️ podcast guests and Hobby Fit Club clients from across the world 🌎 and help them achieve their short term and long term goals. 🥅 let’s go!
"Coach, how do I choose dumbbells?"
"What weight should I buy?"
"There are too many options!"
Fair question.
America is the land of options—they love to confuse you!
Here is my recommendation:
If you are just starting your fitness journey,
you need a minimum of 3 sets: light, medium, and heavy.

No time for the gym?
Want to work out at home?
But don't know where to start or what to buy?
Deciding to start is half the battle!
Don't worry, you don't need fancy gear.
Start with bodyweight movements first.
Then, just get a set of resistance bands.
This simple setup unlocks tons of exercises.

"Coach, I haven't worked out in so long."
"I used to do so well before."
"Now I don't even know where to start."
"Just thinking about it feels overwhelming. I'm completely lost."
Relax, this is completely normal.
When major life shifts happen—like recently becoming a parent—
it's okay if your fitness routine goes off track for a bit.
The great thing is you've realized it quickly.
So right now, start small.
Just do a quick 7-minute warmup.

New discovery: I spend 30mins on an important task that I must do every week. Found ways to automate it. Would probably bring that commitment down from 30mins to 5mins every week. So thats a savings of 25 minutes every week. So 51 weeks a year 51*25=1275mins of savings every year. 1275/60=21.25 hours every year.
_______
ok so lets calculate the ROI. If my investment to automate this task was (say) 5 hours total.
Whats my ROI?
I'm currently formulating a system to organize my closet. Almost every week I record videos and having access to the right outfit makes video recording more efficient.
Software Engineers could own their stack and business independently now using AI. Whoever has a more elegant system design shall win the business. Don't forget to pay yourself a salary.
Hello Explorers! Went to Whole Foods today for Amazon returns 📦 and ended up on the cereal aisle 😂
OK, here is my taste test of several high-protein and fiber cereals 🥣😋 What do you think? 🤔👀
@anirudhofficial concert la naanum oru light ah irundhen 😌
Got an infrared wristband while entering the concert and didn’t think much of it—until the show started. Suddenly, the entire crowd lit up in perfect sync, turning the stadium into a giant living screen ✨🎶
What used to be phone flashlights is now next-level tech, with signals controlling every band to match the music 🔴🟢🔵 It honestly felt like the audience became part of the performance.
Tried it outside later… nothing 😅 That’s when it hit—inside, we weren’t just watching the show, we were the show.
Also… yeah, the band somehow came home with me 🙈 sorry Anirudh 😄
