@Xyless The image I replied with was from the CPT rules, the CPT rules do not address pauses or stoppages, but the evo rules clearly do.

@Xyless That section is for malfunctions and things the player with the problem can invoke to find a means of proceeding. Not around punshments for macth stoppage

This issue is due to the disconnect he was forced to pause when reconnecting and evo has clear rules around stoppages.

@Xyless Where is it referenced that it is purely a guideline? Nobi and Khan were forced to replay a match even though both were in agreement to play it out.

If it is in the rules, it should be enforced and never left up to the player because there is a huge social pressure present.
