Scorpions! Based on the old Mo' Creatures lads, these skittering bastards can be raised from birth to be faithful mounts and companions! However, acquiring the children is a bit morally questionable...
Quick update, variants! Different colors are gotten through breeding. Black ones are bred below y=0. Pale ones are bred in the nether, and Frost ones are bred in cold biomes, each with different stinger effects! (Just like mo' creatures again lol)
πͺ Introducing Carpenter
Woodworking is a fine craft, and our newest mod, Carpenter, expands on that by adding wood variants for blocks that lack them.
Take an early look at what's to come. #minecraft

Dwelling deep beneath the surface are marvelous and horrible things. One of which being the Ossein, undead shells of ancient creatures that attract beautiful schools of floating creatures formed from bone and tar.

@AntaoZach I use IChun's Tabula mod for modelling (Though you should prob use Blockbench if you wanna get started in stuff) and Aseprite for textures, tho it is paid, so https://t.co/ok9TZyDCKH (which is not a website) is a good free program for that.
A remake of an older fella! The Gnash, clumsy monsters that creep along the ceiling looking for players to munch. Someone clever could perhaps make use of their bad eyesight >:)

The Bonefish and Skullbug! The smaller fish will school around a skullbug, forming beautiful (if a little haunting) swarms floating through the air! With a little help, you may even be able to lead them around...

@JasperBoerstra Yass that sounds like it'll definitely make things nicer! The concept art for the biome is very lively, so I think leaning into that wild almost fantasy level of overgrowth could really bring it forwards as a fun place to explore!
