@umitsuru_fire 50kg is probably ideal. 55kg is great. 62kg is workable. 70kg is where I'd start thinking against dating them. 79kg is a no go.

Mainly the leaf litter.
The maintenance.
And the fact tree roots do a spectacular job of destroying concrete and foundations.
