I spent a day training a group of staff on a specific theme (in this case, behaviour management), with group members then leading similar sessions with their teams.
It was great to see the set of summary notes produced on ‘the behaviour curriculum’ by a middle leader who was part of the initial training group, and to hear about the positive impact this work has had almost immediately 😊
