@MikeAaronhall @suttonguardian They are that stupid. They spent £26m on the St Nicholas Centre and a further £10m on plans to redevelop only to be told its not feasible.

They are also working with and have employed people who were key in Croydons failed regeneration and bankruptcy. The parallels are there.
