Hello in another bus today at terminal 3. it’s 18.2C inside the bus. Outside temp 22C. People scrambling for their jackets, kids crying because it’s cold. This is not normal. You still haven’t sorted this out.

I have been meaning to complain about this for 10 years every time I return from a trip where buses are involved. Please @DubaiAirports the passenger buses are FREEZERS it’s always been like this. I measured 15.7C in the bus today with my phone! Kids crying because of the cold!!

Day 5 now and still not fixed. Nobody cares at Al Hilal Bank @alhilalofficial leaving people with no access to money due to the incompetence of their compliance team. Help pls @HamdanMohammed

I would like to bring to attention the incompetence of the compliance dept at @alhilalofficial Al Hilal Bank. They ask for kyc submission 4 times over one month, tell me all is ok then lose the docs and block my account since Wednesday17/12

This is not fixed yet. 4 days with no access to money just because the @alhilalofficial team loses the files they asked for 4 times during one month. Compliance needs replacing @OmranTaimourr @AlaaEraiqat @OfficialADCB @AdiObadah @hassanalkhalsan @InvestAbuDhabi @SanadakUAE

This means you will hold me hostage with no access to money for 3 more days until Monday. This is completely unacceptable, people shouldn’t suffer as a result of bank incompetence.
