Join us tonight for our writing exercise meeting at 8pm in Davison 101! Paper and writing utensils will be provided, but if you have a preferred platform to write on, feel free to bring it! Our meeting will be followed by our final weekly writing workshop of the semester.
We will also be holding elections for both the president and secretary position, as well as Font staff positions for our upcoming issue of Font! These positions are a great way to build your resume and get involved with the club. DM us for any questions or concerns!
We’ll be holding out first meeting on Thursday, September 15th at 8pm in Davidson 101! Come stop by and meet the E-board, learn about the club, and play a round or two of games!

Hofstra English Society will be at the School Social on Friday September 2nd at 1pm, on the west side of Bits & Bytes. Come meet us and learn about our writing workshops and literary magazines!
As the semester wraps up, English Society was lucky enough to participate in a volunteer opportunity with @TheBookFairies, a non-profit that helps communities across Long Island and New York City access free books.

That’s right folks, it’s our last meeting of the semester. But don’t worry! It’s one of our most fun meetings, so come say goodbye to our seniors, and welcome our new e-board members and editorial staff with some wild presentations.
