@ChicagosMayor And in the 3 days I visited Chicago with him we were targeted in a mass shooting. I got hit in the neck, 3 others got hit as well. Over 100 rounds fully automatic at close range. That case has since gone "cold" even though the shooters bragged about it on Instagram the same night
