@alexstubb It surely was accelerated by the attack with the supply chain shortages but it's not the root of the problem. The problem lies somewhere much deeper in the EU and the US structures.

@alexstubb If you'd look closer into the data of prices of the commodities such as wheat and oat, it's visible that the prices have been skyrocketing since 2016 (wheat $4.03 /bushel -> $7.97 pre-war, now $10.93). That's due to irresponsible printing of fiat currencies, not Putin's attack.
