Almost caught 2 balls & a shirt today at the Sox game. I dove over the seats in front of me to get the shirt & got PUNCHED in the face🙂, 1st ball had my phone in my hand& the ball hit it & my phone went flying, 2nd ball I stood on the seat& almost wiped out😅 good game I say😂

I have anxiety already. Anxiety and panic attacks are very very real. And extremely scary. I was lucky to have people around to help me through it 🙏

Having my first extreme panic attack at work yesterday that lasted 3hrs (happened out of nowhere) was absolutely terrifying. Anyone that has them often I feel for you. Wish that feeling on no one 😖 scary thing is that once one happens most likely it will happen again

Didn’t know it was possible on the airplane last night the captain told everyone to look out the right windows because we could see the northern lights!! They weren’t as colorful but you could absolutely see them! Never thought that was possible!

Only 28 of us on the flight so we all were able to go look!!! Everyone was in shock, even the captain and flight crew😂 it was a rare sight to see and I’m happy I was part of it 🥰😍 @united
