DirecTV has been having software issues since May 2018 causing me to have to reset my box every 3 days to see my recorded
shows. Their update on
Jan 9, 2019 causes the picture and box
to lock up every 30 minutes. Only fix is resetting box. Service unusable-no fix in site.
