Guys having muscles makes weird men engage in female-tier unprompted coping
Every jacked guy's got a story of some dad coming up and randomly saying "you look good but I used to be way bigger, back in the day. Stuff just gets harder past 30. Enjoy it while it lasts"
To be honest I am just a hater
But his high volume style of training and doing a shit ton of working sets is misleading the average person
the reason he'll never admit he's wrong is bc he's built an entire brand off of this
his obsession with "the stretch" is horseshit and he routinely trains like a pussy (leaving 4-5 reps in the tank regularly)
also his physique is ugly on every level
I just can't take him seriously tbh
Competed today at ADCC Toronto, came home with silver which obviously isn’t what I wanted but a good learning experience regardless - All Praise to God
Big shoutout to a few people on X for helping me get ready
@HogTraining for helping me train my cardio and specific workouts for MMA / Jiu Jitsu + cornering me during my matches
@antidoc for workouts to get me bigger & stronger (anyone who says size and strength don’t matter are retarded)
@BowTied_Bengal and @bowtiedkobra for fixing my torn shoulder so I could actually go out on the mats and compete
I will have to hit them up again because I might’ve fucked my knee up by refusing to tap to a heel hook 🤣
Nah I will forever remember you for claiming this transformation happened in 6 weeks without any PED's
As long as I live you shall always have a hater 🙏
At your funeral, friends and family will argue over who gets your belongings.
People will talk about the food and the venue.
Your life will be summarized in 2-3 paragraphs.
Conversations will shift from your life to their lives.
Your friends will drive away thinking about what’s next on their to-do list.
Some people won't be able to make it because "something came up."
And most of the people you know today won’t even be there.
You’re gonna die.
People will move on (in weeks not years).
Do what you want.
Way too many people mess interval training up because it's usually not explained well enough what they should be doing during the work period.
Doesn't matter if the working duration is 10s, 15s, 30s, or 1+ min; you go at the highest pace you can *maintain* for that duration. For 5-12 second work periods this is an all out max effort sprint, for longer durations it means you have to pace yourself a bit to make sure your output isn't falling off dramatically during the round.
So do NOT start off your longer intervals with 100% effort. I recommend using the 1st round to gauge the maximum output you can maintain for the given duration, and trying to match that every round after. Once you can't come close to that level of output, end the session.
Aight if you want something that actually works, check out @BowTiedBills' Creatine gummies.
Will help with strength, recovery, brain health and overall well being. I'm not their affiliate, this is just a sick product that I think deserves recognition.
