@MarkKaboly 1/4 every year. Actually tastes like beef. $5.30/lb this year, 26 steaks, short ribs, liver, 45-50lbs ground, brisket, 12-14 roasts, stew meat, chipped steak, etc. Only way to do it….lower cost and higher quality (if you have the right farmer & butcher)
