...and for Aetna to issue new ID cards in late Feb with new subscriber ID's with no understanding of why this was done, speaks volumes to the incompetency and poor customer service.

@NC_Governor @BlueCrossNC was so much better than @Aetna for the NC State Health plan. From services covered by BCBS to no coverage by Aetna for the same exact service, the current plan for State employees is woefully poor. Teachers and other State employees deserve better.

3 separate departments did absolutely nothing to help. I called @ATT to get customer service and all I got was a sales pitch. Even had a customer service Rep talking over me with seemingly no awareness of what a customer is. Worst customer service experience ever.

@ATT Help me understand why ATT would send an important text to an inaccessible phone and then place a fraud block on that phone due to no response after being told the phone was inaccessible. The subsequent attempt to unravel this was the most deplorable customer service.

@TimThomasTLP A criticism has been past schemes being too complex, guys in wrong gaps, etc.Hope that gets quickly fixed and we largely just line up and hit somebody! Need to be the more physical team to restore the lunch pail D to what it once was.

@CoachdjCheetah Epic failure of NCAA to enable a program that encourages quitting instead of instituting governance to help develop the student/athlete beyond their field of play. The impact of this will be felt years from now from short-sighted quitters in the workplace. Just ask Tony Bennett
