@AmericanAir I just heard of your plan to eliminate automatic upgrades for loyal passengers. My husband and I are both platinum pro, but we have not seen a value in it in the last two years. This may be why. It is so hard to get upgrades these days.

@SevenElevenUSA Please, Please, bring back your dragonfruit, sugar-free Slurpee. It’s the only Slurpee that’s sugar-free and it is so yummy. I was told by two manager so far that 7-11 discontinued it and I’m so disappointed.

@MarriottBonvoy It makes me angry that if I check into a Marriott myself that I can’t get the benefits that we enjoy under my husband’s premium account. We BOTH book your hotel and we have two M timeshares. We use 1 account for the family. I was denied access to M club in Tyo/Kor
