Please stop treating Chinese fans with indifference and inequality. There were no staff members on site who explained welfare issues clearly in Chinese, and Chinese fans were left alone in the venue without any staff accompanying them. Please apologize to the Chinese fans who came all the way to participate in the event yesterday.
