@ThreeUK mobile have to be the worst company to get help with. £126 bill and no one will acknowledge that I wasn’t using the phone when I was charged. Customer service were awful. Can anyone recommend and good phone providers so I can switch ASAP! #ThreeMobile

@ThreeUKSupport And my data hadn’t been used at all for it to have been cut off. But I couldn’t get any service at all unless I bought data 🤷🏼‍♀️

@ThreeUKSupport I was charged for using my phone while travelling by ferry to Ireland and then all my data was used so I had to pay to use my internet each day. I explained to your customer service it isn’t possible as the phone wasn’t being used at the time - I was asleep - but they didn’t care
