Don't waste your time or money, just find another long term care insurance company, don't do business with Continental Casualty Company/CNA!! @CNA_Insurance

Oh, they're happy to take your money all day long, but just try to contact them to make a claim, or even just ask a question about the policy coverage, and they are nowhere to be found. Try all 6 or 8 phone numbers you can find online and get the same result @CNA_Insurance

At the CNA website you can't even file a claim on line, tried and tried and it keeps saying try again in 10 seconds, this has gone on for hours. Crap service! @CNA_Insurance

Continental Casualty Company and CNA Long Term Care insurance company is a scam! You pay thousands over years for this LTC policy and when it comes to contacting them to make a claim, they don't even answer the phone! @CNA_Insurance
