No missing persons report was ever filed

No law enforcement has ever questioned him.

Family and friends have all seen him frequently and been in normal contact since j13th.

He is not and was never a suspect. He was at work that day.

I would assume that would be debated in court. Regardless, who is considered a public figure, makes very little difference when the accusation isn't that they were cheating on their wife, but that they are dead and a murderer. Especially when these falsehoods are so clearly and easily refutable.

This interview was taken before Crooks was identified. I wonder if he thinks Crooks was correctly idenified now.

It's possible he was just spitballing the age. "Not young but not super old" is vague and he really seems to keep wanting the interview to be over.

I can't say with any certainty that it was Crooks, I asnt there, and only have the autopsy to go on. But I can say it wasn't Max because 1) he wasn't killed. And 2) he was an hour away in Pittsburgh when the shooting happened.

But honestly, I only doubt Jill would have a case, because in all likelihood he actually is dead.

Both my brother and myself would never categorize ourselves by nor align ourselves with either major political party. To my knowledge Max has never claimed to hate Trump.

As for his worldview I can tell you, his experience since 2016 until now, has given him a healthy understanding that no one and nothing with power can be trusted.
