1. Always ask if people have money issues when they get mental health help
2. Co-site debt help where people get their talking therapies so the services are interlinked when needed.

Our research shows this is a no-brainer and would

a. Save state / NHS £144m
b. Double the recovery rate for those with debt and depression.

10 years ago today was one of the best days of my life competing at the WKF World Karate Championships in Paris in front of 20,000 spectators. I think this pic was the 4th round against Venezuela which I won 3:2. I lost to Greece 2:1 in the next round, but loved every second!
