@kmartaus What a great resource for PE. A quick warm up ✅ or a full body workout. Cannot wait to use them in school. #HPEDiscover#HPEresources#exercisedice
Students @SBSDIF are focusing on the health & skill related components of fitness in #Physed. Today, we tried “Planking Slamball” thanks to @OPENPhysEd. Ss differentiated by putting a knee down or playing in a turbo twist position. #espechat@prattien@DuboisSb@johnhardingsb

The value of volunteers
I have volunteered in many different events in the past and so when creating my event I knew I had to have volunteers. Nothing works without a support network of willing volunteers. They are amazing people who give up their time to help others. I had 15
@JArciuli @AbbeyJMacD There was music giveaways and lollies. There was also 3 movies one at 8pm with free popcorn one at 12am and one at 4am. There was also a free breakfast on Sunday
$2542.15 was raised from the 25 hour spin cycle challenge for Westpac Helicopter Services in Tasmania. They saved my mums life and now I get to give back.
@JArciuli @AbbeyJMacD Team rode in 30minute 1hour or 2 hour stints usually and rode anywhere from 30minutes to 8 hours all up. I had one guy do the whole 24 Hours himself he was offered 5minutes off to walk and stretch every 2 hours, he only got off 4 times only to have a toilet break
Over the weekend I ran a 24 hour spin cycle challenge to raise money for Westpac Helicopter Services in Tasmania.
The support was overwhelming.
This event started from a university assignment for a third year unit at UTAS in the Batchelor of Health and Physical education degree.
