Feb 1975 marked the 2nd Women’s Aid National Conference, held here in Leeds. This date marks the official forming of the National Women’s Aid Federation 👏

2024 marks 50 years since the Women's Aid federation in England was founded, that officially makes this our golden anniversary. While there's been a lot of positive change since 1974, the reality for a lot of women today is far from golden.
