The first time a girl visited me, the moment she walked in, she asked me for a shirt.

Novice me didn’t understand, so I asked, “Why?” I saw the disappointment on her face.

You would think I’d get the hint, right? Nope. I asked if something had happened to her. She then told me she was going to sleep over.

Later that night, she wore this sexy dress and said she was cold and needed some warmth. Crazy me went looking for a sweater and gave it to her.

She looked even more disappointed.

I still didn’t understand.

When it was time to sleep, I brought out a bedsheet, spread it on the floor, and slept off.

The next morning, she didn’t even wait until 6 a.m. She woke up at 5, took her bath, and left.

I was a virgin. It all made sense to me years later.

The older i get, the more i realize that someone making time for you is one of the clearest signs they care. Everyone is busy. Everyone has responsibilities & their own battles to fight. So when someone consistently chooses to spend their time with you, checks on you, & makes space for you in their life, it means something. time is one thing we can never get back, & people don't give it away lightly.

‘COYOTE VS ACME’ has passed ‘SUPERGIRL’ to become the highest-grossing movie produced by Warner Bros this Summer.

The film was almost permanently deleted by Warner Bros for a tax write-off.

Just seen #Clayface could’ve been great but a weak villain with some Sony level dialogue and a bit of a by the numbers revenge plot hold it back. I don’t think it’s gonna be in the same conversation as Joker and Penguin but it’s easily my favourite DCU film so far. Tom Rhys Harries is excellent in it too and they have some outstanding makeup effects throughout. However, outside of him and Naomi Ackie there’s nothing here acting wise beyond what you’d get in a typical horror. The side characters were just lacking to me and it made me realise how much Thomas Wayne and Penny boosted up Joker. Plot wise I don’t think it reaches the heights of stuff like The Fly (which it cribs a lot from) but it’s held up by some great body horror and a really good lead performance. It’s worth seeing if you’re a comic book movie fan but I’m walking away from it a bit mixed.

Mixed is most likely going to be the reception. And considering how little buzz I’ve seen for it, this might be another #DC film that comes out and quickly sinks.
