You don't need a CBA or agreement to hire teachers/EAs or build schools. You can just do that, its literally your job. Also 1500 EAs is less than 1 per school, it ain't enough. You also could have done that over the last few years but choose to neglect it.

@GreenGayYT Going to say this is less about leaks and more about better overall control / saves them money (heavy on the save money part). As one that works in the industry a soundstage is so much easier to work with over a practical location.

The last time @FlyYYC had year-round service to Asia was in 2018/2019 when @HainanAirlines was still around.

Additionally before it even launches, Calgary-Seoul has already been expanded in 2025 starting its season 6 weeks earlier than this year.

Also there’s 1000s of flights per day. Flying is still a very safe mode of transportation.
