It's a political issue though. Core public service infrastructure should never be run by private companies.

@WrenKitchens @SamsungUK using the appliance shortage as an excuse not to deliver our new fridge freezer to our new house. Even though this order is already over 3 months old and all was guaranteed to be delivered. YOU BOTH FAILED YOUR CUSTOMER!

@WrenKitchens NOT pulling out all the stops for their customers, who just spent £15k for a kitchen and leaving us without a fridge freezer when moving into our new house. WHAT A FAIL!!!

@SamsungUK using a company called "Experts Logistics", who couldn't be bothered to bring extra equipment to deliver fridge to first floor. Simply cancels the contract. You guys need to review who you partner with. They are no experts in any way and make you look even worse
