@edcumming We have people come in for three meals a day sometimes! We also have a gentleman who has visited almost every day since Dec 2012 when he knocked on the door after we moved into our first premises! Regular customers are one of the reasons hospitality is so wonderful.

I find the phrase ‘unexpected increase in inflation’ astonishing for this very reason!!

Should we really be that surprised inflation has ticked up? Whilst inflation-busting NLW increases haven’t yet come into force businesses will have started to mitigate against the impact through some price increases. I’d be surprised if this trend doesn’t continue (& worsen),

@alisonbcoleman I went to a really well attended f2f event hosted by @RBBCbusiness last week. Zoom was great for its time but I’d always choose F2F over screen. I’d have to really question the value of a zoom event but will happily sign up to f2f.

Determined for 2024 to be the year we find vacant land to start a kitchen/market garden for our own restaurant supply, grocery retail and veg boxes. Anyone with any tips on getting started in this field (excuse the pun!) please get in touch!
