@NurseStandard Students should be allocated a variety of placements and academic tutors should have input to ensure this happens. As a practice educator we invest time and thought into each of our apprentices but refusing a placement is controversial

I was reminded yesterday of the challenges that my amazing NHS colleagues experienced during covid on the front line and it reminded me why this profession is the best in the world and I am honoured to have been able to listen to a colleagues story. Thank you

@StNAlicePUNC @absinthe3434 That’s great as you shouldn’t work with the assessor. They should complete your interviews and assessments based on feedback from supervisors. Hopefully they have attended the training so can sign some of your proficiencies if you achieve them.
