@Coventry_City Just did mine on credit card with no problem. My lad did the @V12Finance route and got an error message at the checkout. Now he’s not got the option to renew when he logs in and hasn’t got any confirmation email. He’s no idea whether it’s gone through or not. Any1 else got this?
@marksandspencer my beautiful, cancer-survivor wife is tired of coming to peruse the lovely clothing but then seeing that you never seem to have anything above a size 16 on the rack. Why is this? Why concentrate on the slimmer women? My wife is a proper woman too!!!
@Argos_Online your systems are shocking. Ordered a bistro set & delivery. Looked on app for update to find the order had been cancelled. Spoke to a CSA to be told it was showing as out of stock and refund would take 5 days! Yet I come off the phone & app will take orders for it!
@Argos_Online No point, I’m afraid. You’re not going to get the item here for tomorrow are you? You must surely know you can order an item, have the delivery cancelled by yourselves and then take days refunding the money. Sharp practice = lost custom.
@Argos_Online It’s not going to solve the issue though, is it? Why does it need to be a DM? So other people can’t read how awful the service is? Cancelled by Argos because of no stock, yet still able to order the item online? And now my money is in your account for 5 days? Is that good enough?
