Yes. Two unrelated topics appear to be getting conflated here.

Avalanche doesn’t pay validators with gas fees but rather with newly minted tokens. Currently, there remains about 260MM AVAX which remains to be minted by 2030 so one should reasonably expect a schedule of around 72MM AVAX to be minted per year until max supply is reached.

Independent of the minting schedule, around 5MM AVAX has been burnt to date.

What this means in short is expect inflation until 2030. After 2030, token burn & validator awards will need to be adjusted to reach a balance (AVAX has a capped supply but new tokens can be minted to replace burnt ones).

Now that he is has decided to attack his FIL’s church he refers to Xeta Capital as cryptocurrency gambling and says investor losses were not his responsibility.

Must be hard trying to keep your story straight when the courts, investors, investigators, & church are each being told a different version of events.

Our case was dismissed before evidence could ever be presented but now we are planning our trip to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Criminals will be held accountable. Far too early for them to celebrate.

This week was an unexpected hurdle but we are not done yet.

Our legal team has been instructed to file a notice of appeal and we are working to bring this case before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. The judge dismissed the case without giving us an opportunity to present our evidence yet that does not mean our victimizers will walk away.

We have every intention to demand our fair shot in court and as we work the civil litigation side we will continue to standby for word from law-enforcement & civil regulators.

I recommend you put the website back online before we update the legal authorities. This is a bad move.
