AMC announces: 142,040,030 shares issued to take out the $155.8M in new exchangeable notes from July 2025, at $1.097 exchange rate.
Note: $111M of old exchangeable notes ($5.66 convert) remain.
Adding this to the share count from 4/30 10K/A the new shares outstanding will now be approx 754M.
