I’m 100% for kids being in all the sports that they are able - but let’s also acknowledge how our current club/travel sport culture
-reduces family time,
-divides the family unit,
-poorly allocates family resources,
-is a significant cause of the decline in Church participation, and
-many of these kids (especially girls) exit child hood with lifelong joint injuries.

Generally, we do it wrong. (And many of the classes our kids take are the wrong ones regardless.)
