Our foster care team in Muskegon recently attended the last day of school events at Muskegon High School and Muskegon Heights Public Academy High school. Students wrote positive words of encouragement on cards to use in our "go bags" for our newly placed youth. #purpose

We are in our second week of our Belong, Be Strong Summer Youth Program. Not only are they catching up on remedial education classes, but they are experiencing music and art therapy, leadership development, and life skills. #belongbestrong #summerprogram

HCS youth and the staff had the pleasure of visiting the Seventh Generation Elijah Elk Culture Center for their Sacred Fire Lunch. We learned some basics of the Ojibwe language.
